Does Bank AI place trades on my Binance account?

No. Bank AI is read-only by design. We surface positions, fiat balances, staking, Earn rewards and transaction history so you can see the picture, but every order continues to be placed inside the Binance app. We never move funds or place trades on your behalf.

How does Bank AI connect to Binance?

Bank AI uses licensed data and aggregation partners that read Binance via official, scoped API keys you provide. Read-only key permissions are enforced — withdrawal scopes are explicitly excluded — and every connection is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Is Bank AI a regulated crypto-asset service provider?

No. Bank AI is non-custodial and is NOT a CASP under MiCA. Custody, on-ramp, off-ramp and trading continue to be delivered by Binance under its own EU / UK permissions (national PSAN / VASP registrations, MiCA CASP authorisation in progress). Bank AI strictly aggregates the read-only view.

Are Binance Earn and staking balances tracked?

Yes. Locked, flexible savings, dual investments and ETH 2.0 staked balances are surfaced as separate sub-positions so the picture is honest about which liquidity is actually available right now versus locked in a yield product.

Does Bank AI calculate UK / EU crypto capital-gains tax?

No - Bank AI surfaces the disposals, swaps and realised P&L that drive the tax calculation, but tax filing itself (HMRC same-day / 30-day / section-104 pool rules in the UK; Plus-values sur actifs numeriques 30 percent flat tax in France; criptovalute reporting in Italy) is best handled in dedicated crypto-tax software.

Is my Binance data exported outside the EU?

No. Bank AI processes exchange data in EU regions by default, with AES-256 encryption and EU-region key management. Binance itself remains the custodian of your crypto and fiat; Bank AI never holds them.
