Does Bank AI place trades on Paymium?
No. Bank AI is read-only by design. We surface BTC balances, EUR fiat sleeve, recurring buys and trade history so you can see the picture, but every order continues to be placed inside Paymium. We never move funds or place trades on your behalf.
How does Bank AI connect to Paymium?
Bank AI uses licensed data and aggregation partners that read Paymium via official, scoped API keys you provide. Read-only key permissions are enforced and withdrawal scopes are explicitly excluded.
Is Paymium regulated in France?
Yes. Paymium is registered with the AMF as a Prestataire de Services sur Actifs Numeriques (PSAN) — France's national crypto-asset register — and is transitioning to MiCA CASP authorisation. Bank AI is NOT a CASP; custody remains with Paymium under its own permissions.
Does Paymium support coins other than Bitcoin?
Paymium is a Bitcoin-only exchange. If you hold ETH, SOL, USDC or any other coin, those balances live elsewhere — Bank AI surfaces them from the relevant exchange or wallet so the multi-venue picture is complete.
Does Bank AI calculate French crypto tax?
No. Bank AI surfaces the disposals and recurring buys that drive the calculation, but the filing itself (Plus-values sur actifs numeriques 30 percent flat tax, formulaire 2086) is best handled in dedicated crypto-tax software or by your accountant. Paymium issues an annual statement that supports the filing.
Is my Paymium data sent outside the EU?
No. Bank AI processes Paymium data in EU regions by default, with AES-256 encryption and EU-region key management. Paymium remains the custodian of your BTC and EUR.
