Ethereum (ETH) tracker

Bank AI reads your ETH and ERC-20 balances across every connected wallet, exchange and L2, with staked ETH and Ethereum L2 positions surfaced separately so the picture stays clean.

Ethereum (ETH) Programmable smart-contract platform launched in 2015. Native asset ETH, proof-of-stake consensus since The Merge in 2022, and the most-used base layer for stablecoins, DeFi and NFTs.

Ethereum's price is highly volatile. You may lose some or all of the amount you invest. This page is marketing communication; it is not investment, tax or legal advice. Bank AI is not a regulated crypto-asset service provider; on-ramp and off-ramp are delivered by licensed partners.

What Bank AI surfaces from your Ethereum holdings

Read-only by design. Bank AI never asks any wallet to sign transactions on your behalf.

  • ETH across wallets and exchanges

Native ETH on Ethereum mainnet plus L2s (Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, zkSync) read into one ETH exposure number, with home-currency value computed live.

  • Staked ETH

Liquid-staking tokens (stETH, rETH, cbETH) and exchange-staked ETH are tagged distinctly so locked-up ETH does not get confused with spot.

  • ERC-20 tokens

ERC-20 tokens with sufficient liquidity (top stablecoins, top DeFi tokens, the larger memecoins) are surfaced individually with their own price feed.

  • Gas fees and on-chain costs

Where the connector exposes them, gas fees paid by your wallet are tagged in the transaction stream so total cost-of-ownership is visible.

Where Bank AI reads your ETH

ETH and ERC-20 balances are read across exchanges (read-only API) and self-custody wallets (read-only WalletConnect).

  • Binance (read-only API)
  • Coinbase (Advanced API + Wallet)
  • Kraken (read-only API)
  • Bitpanda (read-only API)
  • Crypto.com (read-only API)
  • MetaMask (WalletConnect)
  • Trust Wallet (WalletConnect)
  • Ledger / Trezor (xpub, read-only)

Supported networks

ETH and ERC-20 tokens live across mainnet plus several L2 rollups; Bank AI reads each as a distinct network.

  • Ethereum mainnet
  • Arbitrum One
  • Base
  • Optimism
  • zkSync Era
  • Polygon (PoS)

Ask the Bank AI assistant about your Ethereum

Plain-language questions across all your ETH and ERC-20 balances, on every chain.

  • How much ETH do I own across mainnet, Arbitrum, Base and my exchanges?
  • Show my staked ETH (stETH, cbETH) and the implied yield year-to-date.
  • What gas fees have I paid on Ethereum and L2s in the last 12 months?
  • Compare my ETH P&L to my BTC P&L since I started buying.

Ethereum and Bank AI - frequently asked questions

Does Bank AI execute Ethereum transactions for me?

No. Bank AI is read-only by design. We surface positions, transfers and gas-fee history so you can see the picture, but every send, swap or smart-contract interaction continues to be done inside your wallet (MetaMask, hardware device, exchange). We never get withdrawal permission.

How does Bank AI handle ETH on L2s?

ETH on Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, zkSync and Polygon is read separately from mainnet ETH and tagged with the network. Your total ETH exposure is the sum across every chain; the breakdown by chain is one tap away.

Are ERC-20 tokens supported?

ERC-20 tokens with sufficient liquidity and a public price feed are surfaced individually. Long-tail tokens with no reliable feed are aggregated into a 'Other tokens' bucket so they do not pollute your net-worth number with stale prices.

What about staked ETH (stETH, rETH, cbETH)?

Liquid-staking derivatives are tracked as their own asset, with the underlying ETH equivalence shown alongside. Exchange-staked ETH (e.g. on Coinbase or Kraken) is tagged as 'staked' so it is clear the position is locked or has unstaking delays.

Does Bank AI track NFTs?

Not at launch. Bank AI is built around financial holdings with reliable price feeds; NFT floor prices are too noisy to fold into a net-worth number safely. We may add NFT tracking later as a separate sleeve.

Is my Ethereum wallet data stored outside the EU?

No. Bank AI processes wallet data in EU regions by default, with AES-256 encryption and EU-region key management. We never see your seed phrase or private keys; the connection is read-only via WalletConnect or extended public key.
