How Bank AI works

Italian banks expose account information under PSD2 via the standard XS2A interface, supervised by Banca d'Italia. Bank AI's licensed aggregation partner reads your accounts in read-only mode by default; transfers only happen when you initiate them yourself.

Regulation and trust

Banca d'Italia is the competent authority for the Italian implementation of PSD2 and supervises Account Information Service Providers operating in Italy. CONSOB supervises investment activity and IVASS supervises insurance products. Bank AI never bypasses these regimes - it integrates with licensed providers that already operate within them.

Bank AI e regolamentata in Italia?

Bank AI e un'app di gestione finanziaria, non e una banca. L'accesso ai dati dei conti avviene tramite partner di open banking autorizzati come Account Information Service Provider (AISP) sotto la PSD2, vigilati da Banca d'Italia o da un'altra autorita europea equivalente.

I dati sono ospitati in regioni UE, vengono trattati nel rispetto del GDPR e del Codice italiano della privacy, e mantieni in qualsiasi momento i diritti di accesso, rettifica e cancellazione. Bank AI non vende mai i tuoi dati e usa l'IA solo sui dati che hai esplicitamente abilitato.

Bank AI supporta CONSOB e i miei broker italiani?

I broker e le banche con licenza CONSOB sono supportati nella misura in cui i partner di aggregazione li espongono via API. Fineco, Banca Sella, Mediolanum e i grandi broker bancari sono gia inclusi; il roadmap espande il supporto verso broker indipendenti come Directa SIM e Webank.
