How many brokers can I connect to Bank AI?
There is no fixed limit. Most users connect three to five providers (typically: a UK ISA broker, an EU-passported broker like Trade Republic, a pension or assurance-vie wrapper, and a crypto exchange). Each connection is independent.
Does adding a new broker require any setup beyond signing in?
No. Bank AI uses PSD2-licensed open-banking partners, so you authorise via your broker's normal login + Strong Customer Authentication. There are no API keys to manage and no CSV exports to schedule.
How does Bank AI handle overlap between brokers?
Bank AI rolls up positions across all connected brokers and surfaces overlap by underlying instrument. If you hold the same ETF or stock at three brokers, it appears as a single line with the cumulative weight in your portfolio, plus a per-broker breakdown.
Can Bank AI handle a mix of EU and UK brokers?
Yes. The multi-broker dashboard is designed for the typical European investor with at least one UK and one EU account. Hreflang-correct localised pages exist for English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
What about closing a broker - does the dashboard remember the history?
Bank AI relies on live PSD2 connections. If you close a broker account, the live positions disappear from the dashboard once the connection ends. We are working on a snapshot mode so historical performance survives broker churn.
