Does Bank AI sell XRP?
Bank AI is not a crypto exchange. When the on-ramp launches, you can buy and sell XRP through licensed partners (MoonPay, Ramp Network) that hold the relevant CASP / FCA registrations. The fiat-to-XRP conversion is executed by the partner; the XRP is delivered to your wallet.
Where is my XRP custodied?
XRP held on a connected exchange is custodied by the exchange. XRP in a self-custody XRP wallet stays under your control. XRP bought through Bank AI's embedded wallet is held in your non-custodial MPC wallet; Bank AI never has access to a complete private key.
Why does my XRP balance show a small 'reserve' portion?
The XRP Ledger requires a small reserve per active account (currently around 10 XRP). Where the connector exposes it, Bank AI surfaces the reserved portion separately so you understand it is not freely transferable.
Is XRP available in every Bank AI launch market?
XRP availability depends on local exchange listings. After the SEC vs. Ripple ruling in 2023, several US and EU venues relisted XRP; specific availability varies by venue and country. Bank AI reads whatever XRP balance you actually hold at a connected venue.
Does Bank AI calculate UK CGT on XRP sales?
No - Bank AI is a money app, not a tax tool. We export the full XRP transaction history so a specialist tool or your accountant can compute the capital-gains outcome. UK CGT, with same-day, 30-day and section-104 pool rules, is best handled in dedicated software.
Can I see XRP alongside my pension and bank accounts?
