Does Bank AI place arbitrages on my AXA contract?

No. Bank AI is read-only by design. We surface positions, the funds en euros vs. UL split, contributions and rachats so you can see the picture, but every arbitrage continues to happen via AXA or your distributor. We never move customer funds.

How does Bank AI connect to AXA Wealth Management?

Bank AI connects via licensed open-banking and aggregation partners that hold the AISP / DSP2 permissions needed to read assurance-vie, PER and mandate positions. Read-only access is enforced.

Is AXA Wealth Management regulated?

Yes. AXA Wealth Management is supervised by the ACPR. The parent group AXA SA is listed on Euronext Paris (ticker CS) and supervised by the ACPR for prudential matters. Bank AI is NOT an underwriter.

Are Architas multi-manager portfolios tracked?

Yes. Architas multi-manager portfolios (an AXA group company) are tagged as separate sub-positions inside your AXA contracts, with the underlying allocation visible so you can see what you actually own.

Does Bank AI calculate PFU on my AXA rachats?

No. Bank AI surfaces the rachats and gains that drive the calculation but the filing itself (PFU 30 percent, abattement of EUR 4,600 / EUR 9,200 above 8 years) is best handled by your accountant or via AXA's annual statement.

Is my AXA data sent outside the EU?

No. Bank AI processes customer data in EU regions by default, with AES-256 encryption and EU-region key management. AXA Wealth Management remains the underwriter and custodian.
