Does Bank AI place trades on Crypto.com?
No. Bank AI is read-only by design. We surface positions, EUR/GBP balances, Visa Card spend, Earn rewards and transaction history so you can see the picture, but every order continues to be placed inside Crypto.com. We never move funds or place trades on your behalf.
Is Crypto.com Visa Card spend tagged in budgets?
Yes. Visa Card spend in EUR / GBP is read alongside your bank current accounts and auto-classified by the same categorisation cascade — Apple, Tesco, Carrefour, Esselunga, Mercadona and the rest land in the right buckets.
How does Bank AI connect to Crypto.com?
Bank AI uses licensed data and aggregation partners that read Crypto.com via official, scoped API keys you provide. Read-only key permissions are enforced and withdrawal scopes are explicitly excluded.
Is Crypto.com a regulated EU crypto-asset service provider?
Yes. Crypto.com's EU operations are routed through Foris DAX MT Limited (Malta Financial Services Authority CASP), with AMF (France), Banca d'Italia / OAM (Italy), CNMV / Banco de Espana (Spain) and FCA (UK) registrations. Bank AI is NOT a CASP — custody and trading remain with Crypto.com.
Does Bank AI calculate Maltese, French or UK crypto tax?
No. Bank AI surfaces the disposals, swaps, card spend and realised P&L that drive the tax calculation but the filing itself is best handled in dedicated crypto-tax software or by Crypto.com's annual statement.
Is my Crypto.com data sent outside the EU?
No. Bank AI processes Crypto.com data in EU regions by default, with AES-256 encryption and EU-region key management. Crypto.com remains the custodian of your crypto and cash.
