Why is my USDT balance shown across Tron, Ethereum and other chains?

USDT is issued natively on multiple chains. Tron-network USDT (TRC-20) is widely used because of low fees, but it is technically a different token from Ethereum USDT (ERC-20) - same dollar peg, different chain. Bank AI shows them separately and sums them for total USDT exposure.

What is 'frozen TRX' and why is it tagged?

Tron uses a resource model where TRX can be frozen (or 'staked') to obtain Energy or Bandwidth - cheaper transactions instead of burning TRX every time. Frozen TRX is not freely spendable; Bank AI tags it separately so you can see your spendable vs. resource-allocated TRX.

Are TRC-20 tokens supported beyond USDT?

Yes - TRC-20 tokens with reliable price feeds are surfaced individually. Long-tail TRC-20 tokens are aggregated into 'Other TRC-20' so stale prices do not pollute your net-worth number.

Where is my TRX custodied?

TRX on a connected exchange is custodied by the exchange. TRX in TronLink, Trust Wallet or a hardware wallet stays under your control. Bank AI is read-only across all of those.

Does Bank AI calculate tax on TRX or TRC-20 USDT movements?

No - Bank AI is a money app, not a tax tool. We export the full TRX and TRC-20 transaction history so a specialist tool or your accountant can compute the right outcome.
