Does Bank AI move money on my Revolut account?

No. Bank AI is read-only by design. Card payments, vault transfers and FX swaps continue to happen inside the Revolut app. Bank AI surfaces balances, transactions and spend totals so you can see the whole picture, but every action remains under your control inside Revolut.

How does Bank AI connect to Revolut?

Revolut exposes account data via PSD2. Bank AI uses licensed Account Information Service Providers (AISPs) to read balances, transactions and standing orders; Strong Customer Authentication is enforced every 90 days as the rules require.

Are my Revolut multi-currency pockets surfaced separately?

Yes. Every currency you hold in Revolut is read as a distinct balance and rolled into your home-currency net-worth using the live FX rate. The view always shows both: each pocket on its own and the consolidated total.

Does Bank AI work with Revolut Premium, Metal and Ultra?

Yes. Bank AI reads the underlying Revolut accounts regardless of which plan you are on - the connection is at account level, not at plan level. Subscription charges for the plan itself are detected as a recurring payment.

What happens if Revolut raises a connectivity error?

PSD2 connections occasionally require re-authentication (the 90-day SCA refresh) or fail because of a Revolut-side maintenance window. Bank AI shows a clear status pill on the connection and prompts you to re-authenticate without losing any of your data.

Is my Revolut data stored outside the EU?
